NTES Resource Center

This center is dedicated to providing timely data, contact information, lists of articles, and analysis of Title Examination Standards as they exist and are used throughout the United States.

This collection was produced initially in cooperation with the Oklahoma City University School of Law and with initial funding from the American Bar Association. It is currently maintained and funded solely by the Oklahoma Bar Association Real Property Section.

The Director of the Center is Kraettli Q. Epperson, attorney-at-law and adjunct law professor.

The National Title Examination Standards Resource Center was initially funded by the American Bar Association and is currently maintained by the Oklahoma Bar Association. The Center houses a collection of more than 30 sets of Title Standards from across the United States. It also provides contact information and ordering instructions for all currently available Title Standards. Professional articles concerning the development and maintenance of Title Standards are also included in the Center’s collection.
