Kraettli Q. Epperson is an attorney in private practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he is Of Counsel at Nash, Cohenour & Giessmann, P.C.

He concentrates his practice on being a consulting and testifying expert on title issues relating to real property and oil/gas, and drafting briefs for litigation and appeals on title matters.

In addition, he conducts Mediations and Arbitrations.

He was an adjunct law professor at Oklahoma City University (teaching Oklahoma Land Titles) from 1982 to 2018, the chairperson of the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards Committee from 1988 to 2020, and is the original and continuing general editor of and contributing author to the West/Epperson Oklahoma Real Estate Forms Book since 2000.
